New Hampshire Meadery expanding production facility

Moonlight Meadery has signed a lease agreement to double the size of it's current production facility, in May 2011.

"It has been one amazing first year", says Michael Fairbrother, founder/mead maker at Moonlight Meadery, "this is the third time we have expanded and we haven't even been in production for 12 months".

Moonlight Meadery is happy to announce that our Kamasumatra label is approved!  "I never thought this would get approved" says Michael Fairbrother, but with the persistence of a honey bee the muse held fast.

Kamasumatra; honey wine fermented with natural Madagascar-Bourbon Vanilla and Sumatra coffee.  Sweet honey notes,  balanced by the bitterness from the coffee and oh so smooth vanilla in the background.   We position this as the perfect partner with dessert.
